DAY 1 - CAPE TOWN  
You will be met on arrival at Cape Town International Airport and transferred to The Portswood Hotel, situated in Cape Town's Victoria and Alfred Waterfront area. All rooms offer views of Table Mountain and the Table Bay harbor - and are decorated in a nautical theme. All room have all the modern amenities and 24 hour room service is available. There are two restaurants and The Terrace serves light meals near the cocktail bar. There is also a pool.

DAY 2 - CAPE TOWN – DAY TOUR  
After breakfast and a leisurely morning hotel, you will be picked up and depart on a tour on of Cape Town. You’ll travel up the famous Table Mountain cableway (weather permitting) while your guide explains the varying flora and fauna. After spending some time on Table Mountain, you will visit the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. The gardens contain over 4,000 species of indigenous plants, of which 2,600 are endemic to the Cape Peninsula. Enjoy lunch at the gardens before continuing on to the city and driving through Milnerton for a spectacular. Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

DAY 3 - CAPE TOWN – CAPE POINT TOUR  
Today you’ll depart after breakfast, as you are met by your guide and you head out for a full day Cape Point tour. Travelling along the coast to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, you’ll take in the spectacular scenery. At the point where the two oceans meet you can board the Funicular to reach the hillcrest. After lunch, you’ll depart the reserve and continue to Boulders Bay where you will visit the famous penguin colony. After some time amongst the penguins you will continue to your hotel via Chapman's Peak and Hout Bay, with a short stop at the harbour, Sea Point and the city. You’ll be returned to your hotel in the late afternoon.

DAY 4 - CAPE TOWN - WINELANDS  
The Cape Winelands are your destination today. From Cape Town you’ll travel to the beautiful wine regions of Franschoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Each town in the Cape Winelands rests in its own secluded valley with many notable wine estates.

Franschoek was settled around 1689 by the French Huguenots and is charming town and an important wine producing area. Stellenbosch is renowned for its gracious Cape Dutch thatched and gabled buildings and stately oaks that line the streets and is considered one of the best preserved towns from the era of the Dutch East India Company.

Paarl is also one of the best wine producing areas and along it’s 6km main street is the attractive headquarters of the largest wine co-operative in the world, the KWV – which is , responsible for marketing South African wine internationally. Interestingly Paarl lies on exactly the same latitude as Spain’s sherry region.

You’ll have time to visit some wine estates and stop for lunch at one of the wonderful restaurants available in the winelands. Return in the late afternoon or early evening to your hotel in Cape Town.

DAY 4 - CAPE TOWN - DEPART  
Enjoy the morning on your own, after checking out of the hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your departing flight.
